Plans for the Week 01/06

I really want to start planning more so that I can be more prepared for the week ahead of me, so I’m going to try to start writing out my weekly workouts, meal plans, etc. I understand that most people don’t really care about the things I do throughout the week, but then I remembered that this is my blog, and I can write whatever I want. Boom!
Jan 7th-Jan 12th
Workouts
Monday- Cross + Abs OR Leg Strength
Tuesday- 3 mile run
Wednesday- Arms/Chest Strength + 3 mile run
Thursday- 3 mile run
Friday- Shoulders/Back Strength
Saturday- 6 mile run
Meals:
Monday- Pan seared tilapia, baked sweet potatoes, roasted veggie mix
Tuesday- Pork chops, brussels sprouts, honey glazed carrots
Wednesday- Church
Thursday- “Skinny” general tso chicken, spaghetti squash lo mein
Friday- Out/Wing it at home
Saturday- Out/Wing it at home
