It’s been a great weekend over here, but I’m saving it for MIMM tomorrow. So here are my plans for the week!
M- Legs and Abs
T- 3 miles
W- Arms and Chest + 4 miles
Th- 3 miles
F- Shoulders and Back
S- 9 miles
M- Tilapia, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts
T- Chicken, roasted asparagus, glazed carrots.
Th- Healthy sloppy joes, green beans
S- Wing it/leftovers
