Hello! Happy Wednesday!! But really it’s like Thursday if you’re lucky enough to be off work on Friday for the Easter Holiday. 🙂 Let’s dive right into this WIAW post!

As always, thanks to Jenn for hosting! 🙂

Backing up to last night’s dinner, which needed to be something I could fix quickly because I had opera rehearsal. I baked four Gorden’s frozen tilapia and microwaved some baked beans and frozen veggies on the side. Easy and yummy!

After dinner, we desperately needed froyo. Desperately.

There’s really no telling what all I put in this. I remember caramel cups, brownie and cheesecake bites, granola, reese’s things, and chocolate chips. Then I blacked out from the sugar….

Today’s breakfast came after a tough NROLFA workout and was a two egg, turkey bacon, ff mozz, and spinach (trying to get in those veggies!) omelet. I also ate an un-pictured half of an english muffin with lauughing cow cream cheese.

Speaking of my workout, there are no words to describe how bad I did not want to go to the gym at 5:00 this morning. I literally almost pulled back out of the parking lot when I got there. But I forced myself inside and completed my 3rd round of workout B. I’m so glad I did, because I felt so good afterwards! I even had a beautiful sunrise to walk out to when I left. 🙂

Anyway, back to the eats! Lunch today is all packed up and includes leftover tilapia, apple, and a peach Chobani. I haven’t tried this flavor yet, but I’m sure it’s awesome!

Later on, I will be snacking on a Luna bar and some pre-portioned cocoa roasted almonds. I have to emphasize pre-portioned because I cannot be trusted with this bag in my hands. I could easily finish the whole thing right now.

And as for dinner… well that’s yet to be decided, but I know it’ll be something quick that I can bring along with me to church tonight!

    Your diet and exercise routine sounds super healthy, good for you! Now please tell me the froyo is healthy, so that I can eat it too guilt free!

      I wish I could say that particular cup of froyo was “less than 200 calories!” but sadly, I can’t. But I always let myself enjoy litte ahem… large treats now and then. 😉 You should too!! 🙂

    I have yet to try peach Chobani, but it’s definitey on my list!!
