8 Steps to a Super Saturday!

Want to know how to have a SUPER Saturday???

Step 1: Enjoy coffee outside on the deck and follow it up with a delicious pancake for breakfast.

Step 2: Take your 6 mile run out to a nature trail for a change in scenery. Stop and take a picture half way through.

Step 3: Finish your 6 miles with a new PR of 1 hour! πŸ™‚ Collapse on the curb and take a post-run picture.

Step 4: Recover in the best way possible. “Homemade” chocolate milk and an ice bath!!

Step 5: Enjoy a delicious lunch complete with an extremely sloppy omelet and a very creamy strawberry banana Chobani!

Step 6: Get a MUCH needed hair cut!

Step 7: Enjoy the most delicious afternoon snack that you saw on Tina’s blog this morning! 1/2 cup of blueberries and a tablespoon of almond butter warmed up in the microwave!

Step 8: Relax and get ready for a fun night at the drive-in! I’m going to see “Paranorman” with our 9th and 10th grade Sunday school class. I’m so excited because it looks so cute and funny!

And there you have it! Eight steps to make your Saturday SUPER!Β  πŸ™‚

    What part of the trail did you end up doing? I do the trail that goes to the railroad bridge.. Also your hair cut looks cute! : )

      I did a 2.6 out and back trail that goes out to the TVA plant.

    What a perfect Saturday! Those pancakes look deliciousss!!! I don’t think I would’ve been able to just stop at 1 though πŸ™‚

    Sloppy omelettes, much like ugly yogurt bowls, are the best tasting ones! Glad you had such a rockin’ Saturday.
