Plans for the Week 01/06

I really want to start planning more so that I can be more prepared for the week ahead of me, so I’m going to try to start writing out my weekly workouts, meal plans, etc. I understand that most people don’t really care about the things I do throughout the week, but then I remembered that this is my blog, and I can write whatever I want. Boom! 😉

Jan 7th-Jan 12th


Monday– Cross + Abs OR Leg Strength

Tuesday– 3 mile run

Wednesday– Arms/Chest Strength + 3 mile run

Thursday– 3 mile run

Friday– Shoulders/Back Strength

Saturday– 6 mile run


Monday– Pan seared tilapia, baked sweet potatoes, roasted veggie mix

Tuesday– Pork chops, brussels sprouts, honey glazed carrots

Wednesday– Church

Thursday– “Skinny” general tso chicken, spaghetti squash lo mein

Friday– Out/Wing it at home

Saturday– Out/Wing it at home
